Villa ChavaMinerva Istana Bunga-Lembang

It was very cold when I stayed here, down to 17 degrees, really chilling. We came as a group of 15 for a family gathering with my office friends, and there was enough room for us. The place and toilets were clean, and the kitchen and dining utensils were all there. It also has a pool and gazebo. The main thing I'd suggest fixing is the second floor. The wood creaks loudly when you walk, so it needs renovation. The upstairs balcony is spacious, though it was wet after the rain. The facilities were otherwise okay, and the villa caretakers, Sis and A'a, were very kind. God willing, we'll stay here again 😊

There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with fairly complete facilities, including a pool and playground. Our extended family, Mrs. Neneng Jaronah, was very happy with the stay. Hope we can come back. See you next time...

It's roomy enough for a relaxing family stay, and the price is pretty affordable. Shame there's no swimming pool, but the facilities have plenty of space.

The swimming pool was the only thing in the condition I expected, and the tenant's offer of grilling equipment was quite good. The rest of the villa was much worse in person than in these photos. The interiors throughout were old and badly damaged from weathering and lack of upkeep. Nearly everywhere was dusty and dirty, and the kitchen had dirty cooking utensils that weren't suitable to use. The water dispenser didn't work properly, and the old stove had a very small flame. The wooden floor upstairs was especially bad, fragile enough to seem at risk of collapsing. The second-floor toilet was completely unusable. There was also a strange storage room tucked behind the corner of an upstairs room, which felt scary. The photos don't lie, they show the current condition.
