The staff were all friendly, and since I came on a weekday, I could check in at 1:30 PM because my room was ready. I stayed in a deluxe room and could park right beside it. The room was clean and the atmosphere was comfortable, with a water dispenser and heater. It was cool, and on foggy nights it felt like a good place to relax. There weren't any clothes hangers, even in the toilet, which made it awkward to hang clothes or towels. In the morning, you can walk around the hotel. There's a tea plantation and food stall across the road, plus vendors selling fried snacks, yellow rice, and hot bakapau for breakfast. There's also a restaurant in front if you get hungry. Recommended.
