The host was friendly and very accommodating, and the rooms and garden were well cared for. It's a beautiful, secluded-feeling spot with incredible views, just a short ride from shops and restaurants. I'd stay again, 10/10.

The pool has one of Uluwatu's best views, especially at sunset, and the rooms are clean with some amenities. Staff are welcoming and quick to respond. You can rent a motorbike from them at a good price. It's excellent value in a grey location, as long as you rent a bike.

The manager was lovely and welcoming, always ready to help. The hotel is in a nice spot, and the room and comfortable bed were good too. The bathroom had a strange smell. Scooters are available to rent for an okay price. I'd definitely recommend it.

Honestly, I can't recommend Ancala. The room's AC was broken, and although we asked twice for it to be fixed, nothing was done. It got really hot, so the nights were uncomfortable and not at all restful. They also tried to rent us a broken scooter for 80k.

The pool and lounge area, with flowers and butterflies around, made me so happy. My room had a balcony with a partial ocean view, and the place felt peaceful and relaxing. The beds were comfortable, rooms spacious, and everything clean. The bathroom was okay and toiletries were provided. There were small ants, but that's nature. Great value for money.
