We meant to stay just one night, but ended up loving the place. There was plenty of room, everything was clean, and we had what we needed for a great getaway. The location suited us well, and we'll definitely stay with Ulu essence again.

We decided not to stay, and the refund request was refused even though we told them within minutes and had been there for under five minutes. The customer service felt very disappointing and unprofessional, with no understanding of the situation. The villa itself smelled bad and didn't feel clean or welcoming. The online photos were extremely misleading. Even getting in was uncomfortable and messy: there was construction at the entrance and the pathways were damaged. Without a booking, you wouldn't even know it was meant to be a villa. I absolutely wouldn't recommend it.

The villa was lovely, clean, and well looked after, and it's a beautiful spot for couples. Getting around would be easier with a motorbike since supermarkets and other services are a bit far away. I'd definitely return!
