The dampness and visible mold were hard to ignore, and the bathroom smelled awful because it had no ventilation. Access was also difficult, since cars and motorbikes can't get to the door. In the triple room, there was just one outlet with a power strip for charging, and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The internet was poor, and the room's little lighting was very dim. We also ran out of hot water when a fuse burned out.

The one helpful thing was that staff found us somewhere to do laundry. Otherwise, this was probably the worst place we've stayed in Bali. Staff weren't very friendly, and nobody offered to help carry our bags up two flights of stairs. The room was extremely basic, with no fridge or cups, and we got only two bottles of water on check-in day. The sheets and towels were very old, and we had to ask for fresh towels after two days. The extra bed on the floor was so worn out it felt like sleeping on the floor. Taxis may also have trouble finding the place.

The bathroom had no ventilation, and there was no hot water. Our room was so tiny there was barely space to unpack a suitcase. The restaurant food was absolutely disgusting too. I wouldn't recommend this place, and I don't understand why it gets such good reviews.

We had trouble finding the hotel at night. Once there, though, the inside yard and pool were lovely, and the small villas were pretty nice. Food prices were okay. The service staff were relaxed and a bit shy, but otherwise great.
