Sweet-Tilly was always around and brought a lot of fun to the place, which made it feel like a family. We stayed six nights and had a wonderful time. The staff were so friendly, the rooms comfortable, and the pool was great. Breakfast was simple but got the day started. It’s close enough to beaches and bars, while still tucked away enough to feel relaxing. Highly recommended!

Karissa is so sweet, and the whole staff made us feel like family and right at home. We kept asking to extend our stay because we just didn’t want to leave. Best place to stay, and we’ll be back 🫶🏼✨ 11/10.

The location worked really well for me, close to the beach but set back from the busy main road, and the pool area was a relaxing place to spend time. My room was nice too. I’d read some harsh older reviews, but I can only speak to my own stay, which I really loved. The host was so lovely that I came back after checking out just to see her and the very cute resident dog, who loves riding on the motorbike. I’d definitely recommend it.

The pool was the one good part of this stay. The room was awful, especially the bathroom, which smelled strongly of sewage. There was no exhaust fan, just a hole in the ceiling where bugs could get in. The drains were filthy, with old hair clips and hair extensions in the shower drain, and it didn’t look as if anyone had really cleaned. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut, so the smell spread into the room. One day the pipes seemed blocked and water backed up, flooding the bathroom and making it smell disgusting. We had to leave for the day with the aircon blasting and all the windows open. Sleeping was difficult too. The fan or aircon was unusually loud all night and kept switching on and off, so I couldn’t fall asleep. We were also very disappointed by the complimentary breakfast. We expected something basic, but the toast was cold, stale bread and the pancake was sludge. After the first day, we went out for breakfast instead. The staff were nice, but not very welcoming or accommodating when we needed help. We also hadn’t realized how far the location was from shops and the main area. DO NOT STAY HERE.
