The location was the one clear plus, with everything close by. Otherwise, I found the hotel overrated. It isn't awful, but I don't think it merits four stars. Our room was very basic, with worn curtains, a simple bathroom, and towels that didn't seem right for a place advertised as four-star. Large ants filled the bathroom at night, and we went without water for two nights. The two cleaners were friendly, but breakfast and mineral water replenishment were both poorly handled. At checkout I raised the water outage again, since we couldn't shower, brush our teeth, or wash our faces. They still charged me for the two minibar waters we'd used for that. Regards, Facu.

The staff were really friendly, and the bungalow-style rooms were spacious, with a good-sized fridge. Breakfast was included, and I especially liked the banana pancakes and watermelon juice. The pool was quiet and looked great, and the location was handy for a main area of Uluwatu, with a few beaches within walking distance. There was construction right beside our villa, though it was meant to finish by the end of September. I'd stay again.

A late 1 pm checkout made things much easier for our late flight from Bali. The location was great too, with surf spots, cafes, a gym, sauna, shops, and a pharmacy all nearby. Everyone was warm and friendly, and the facilities were good for the price. I'll definitely return.

For what we paid, this was a great stay. The WiFi worked well, the service was friendly, and the pool was lovely. Breakfast choices were limited, but everything was fresh and brought to each guest with care. There are lots of places to eat nearby, and yoga classes right next door were very convenient. We did get bitten by quite a few mosquitoes, so remember the repellent spray.

Helpful, responsive staff made this an enjoyable stay, and I liked the location, pool, Wi-Fi, and AC. The free breakfast was good quality too, despite what a few other reviews said. There was a slight smell in the bathroom, construction on the property during the day, and mosquitoes in the room. The construction is temporary, so this could have been a four-star stay.
