Waking up to the view and ending the day with a swim under the stars were highlights. The house was beautiful and clean, with a gorgeous private pool. It had everything we needed for a great holiday, and we loved every minute.

We rented a villa for a month in September with friends, mainly because it’s by the beach and looks out over the jungle. Everything inside was clean, and there was a pool and air conditioning, which reviews said was unusual in this area. We were glad we found the place, and I recommend it.

Wow, we were really happy with our stay. The villa feels luxurious and unlike the other local villas, and the beach is lovely too 🙈🤍

We were so unhappy with the stay that we left as soon as we could, even though we lost money. The villa looks better in photos than it is in practice. It was barely furnished and very dirty, with dead bugs and dirty sheets. Finding it was hard too, down a bumpy road between construction sites, with trash all around. It didn’t feel safe for our family with small children. The two rooms aren’t connected, and you have to go around the pool to reach the second one. There was construction noise, and workers came and went day and night. There was practically no fence or protection to stop someone entering from the back. Lupi, the manager, was nice and responsive and gave us a partial refund. I understand she was doing her best, but we were very disappointed. With prices this high, I’d carefully check the property before booking.
