We waited three hours and still weren't given a room, with no clear information about when we could get in. It turned out the hotel rents rooms by the hour. Right after we parked, someone knocked on the window, shouted for us to come see the boss, then asked for payment and took our ID card so we could queue. The boss's service felt like extorting money.

Never coming back. They knew the rooms were full, but took a new guest's ID and payment straight away, then told us to wait two hours. The boss didn't seem to care, and the service was really rude. The price is expensive for this place, which is just a bad hotel. There was no shampoo, and the one towel was slimy. A huge loss.

The room had a weak trickle of water, useless towels, and no tissues. We checked out before the deadline, but were suddenly asked for a 300 thousand fine. Even a redoorz class fine is only 50 thousand, and this is an ordinary hotel. Nobody explained the entry procedure when we checked in, either. Don't let the low price tempt you: it's now comparable to redoorz, but the facilities are far worse. Think twice before coming. I'm really fed up, and it felt like the place was taking it out on its employees too.

The cleaning seemed careless and left things unclear. At night the queue was chaotic, with no explanation at all, just someone telling us to wait.

I paid, then spent hours waiting in line for a room. It took so long that I never got in, so I left disappointed after losing both time and money. The service was awful.
