The location worked really well, with malls nearby, a good bakso place, and a kopitiam shop whose name I’ve forgotten. The Mosque, Library, and a few other places were also close. Parking is free, and there’s a convenience store nearby. I was there for five days and four nights after a delayed flight, arriving late to meet my friend in Pekan Baru. Vinka from Front Office helped me from the first day through my last, explaining the hotel T&C. The room service, reception staff, and pool taker were helpful too. Just be aware that rooms don’t have a kulkas or small fridge, and some have no windows. I could only manage two days in a windowless room before upgrading to one with a view. I’d definitely stay here again.

Our family really enjoyed the swimming pool, which is quite large and gave the kids plenty of fun. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our visit. We felt very welcome at Grand Zuri Pekanbaru.

I really like the atmosphere here. The room is comfortable, the staff are kind, and breakfast is good and fresh. The only thing missing is a mini fridge in the room. Hope they can improve that!

I was really pleased with my stay. The location is fantastic, the rooms were spotless, and housekeeping did a great job. The staff were friendly and the hospitality was excellent. Special mention to Menda from the front office, who was always lovely and greeted us with a smile.
