Secure parking is available for both motorcycles and cars, and getting around is easy since this boarding house is right in the city center. It's a nice, tidy place. I need a room for both resting and working, though, and it felt a little small for that.

Parking is a hassle for customers because it keeps getting disrupted, and the security guard isn't good at communicating information. The place feels uncomfortable, and there's no way to turn off the lights. Cleanliness also needs work, especially outside the rooms.

The toilet being clean matters a lot to me, and it was especially neat here. The whole boarding house was tidy and clean, and I've been satisfied with my stay. The boarding house's father was very kind and even gave me Astu Homestay souvenirs. I'll definitely come back when I'm in Pekanbaru.

This doesn't seem ready to operate as a guest house. The staff don't understand how bookings through the OYO app work, so I wouldn't recommend it at all.
