The tap water smelled like drainage, and I felt disgusted even washing my hands with it. The bedsheet was extremely dirty, like it had been left for months, and it seemed the workers hadn't cleaned it before check-in. The service was bad too. I hope the workers do something about these problems 😭😭😭
4/10
I paid IDR 200K for a double room on the 2nd floor, room 204. The mattress was dusty, and so was the AC, which still wasn't cold even set to 16°C. The bathroom was dirty and smelly, and the public toilets weren't clean either. The main prayer room needed cleaning too. I wasn't satisfied with the breakfast menu or how it was served.

I stayed here for the price and location, but the bathroom needs an upgrade, especially the cleanliness and shower water. The water has the color and taste typical of Pekanbaru.
