Sans Hotel Bliss Pekanbaru

The attitude was good.

We paid 250,000 Rupiah and felt it was overpriced for the service. The reception was a mess, and the staff had no clear routine for welcoming guests. They were friendly, but disorganized. It feels more like a guesthouse than a hotel. There were no amenities in our room, not even soap, a toothbrush, towels, or drinking water. The room smelled bad, and there was no air freshener. My mom opened the window, but I stopped her. We ended up opening the door and going out to buy room freshener. The waiting area was dusty and dirty. Its toilet was broken and unusable, and there was no tissue there or in the room toilet. The road to the hotel was awful, unpaved, muddy, and full of potholes. We booked because it was close to my sister's college for her graduation, and we deeply regret staying there. My advice is not to book it. For this price, you'll only get bad luck. Pay a little more and you'll get a better place.

The room was clean, probably because the building is new, but it was small, like a boarding house room, and 325,000 is way overpriced. The location isn't strategic, and the entrance is in very bad shape. Service was below par: you have to ask for towels, soap, and drinking water. The floor is slippery too.
