The staff made check-in and checkout easy, and they were friendly and helpful. I also slept well in the quiet, peaceful surroundings. My room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, with everything I needed. The bed was cozy, and the whole place had a welcoming, calm feel. I had a really pleasant stay and would consider coming back. Definitely a good choice if you want a comfortable, hassle-free stay.

The room was clean, the AC was cool, and the service was good. That matters a lot to me. The pool was a little small, but otherwise things were fine. Breakfast was the letdown. For the room rate, the taste and variety were below what I expected. It felt more like a budget local hotel than a Swiss Bell, and I expected breakfast to be up to the standard of other Swiss Bell hotels.

Zani gave me three massages during my stay and really knows what she's doing. I also enjoyed the pool and spa, which were nicely appointed. I was in Pekanbaru on a recent trip to Sumatra and stayed at the Swiss Bell Hotel. The management and staff were very helpful and well trained, and the whole visit was relaxing and exceptionally enjoyable.

Being able to walk to SKA MAL was a big plus, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast had a good spread too. We enjoyed our three-night stay, and it's a good hotel overall.

I’d have liked cappuccino to come with breakfast instead of costing extra. The member discounts for food and drinks were confusing, and staff gave different explanations. In the end, everything we wanted to use seemed to be excluded. Still, I had a very nice stay.
