You can tell this was built and managed by people with real hospitality experience, including work on star-rated hotels and tourism consulting. They seem very capable, so I expect the result to be excellent. Zein

The staff were friendly enough, but the amenities were only mediocre. I had booked and fully paid for two superior rooms through the app, yet only one was ready when I arrived. Both toilets were clogged and unusable, so I ended up going to the mosque. The bathrooms smelled bad, and while one was reasonably clean, the other was extremely dirty and smelly. The AC also wasn't cold enough, and the rooms were poorly kept, with broken tiles and mold all over the walls.

For the price and facilities, it just isn't worth it. They claim the place is flat enough for wheelchair access, but the steps are quite high and you have to lift the wheelchair. The toilet smells dirty, and there was something on it that looked like it had been left unwashed, possibly poop.

The room was roomy, the AC was cold, and the location was unusual, since it's connected to a school. When you head out during break, the kids are right there in front. At 250 thousand, the price seemed okay, especially after a long tiring trip, though checking in before 11 am costs an extra 150 thousand. Too bad there was no soap, coffee, or sugar.

The room is big, very clean, and affordable, so it could be worth five stars. But the AC just isn't cool enough, and that makes it hard to sleep properly. Sorry, I'm giving it two stars for now. Please fix the AC first.
