The breakfast had plenty of choices and tasted quite good, and the room price is affordable for business, couples, or families. The location is fairly good, with Chinese food restaurants nearby. Rooms are tidy, with a choice of double or twin beds. The toilet is just so-so, and a man 180cm tall may find the closet too narrow and small to use normally. My room had a slight bad smell, though I don’t know if others are the same. It’s a decent place to rest as long as you don’t expect too much. I’d consider staying here.

Inhaven coffee next door is good, at least. For food, the breakfast is offered, but I’d skip it unless you’re desperate for room-temperature randang and bad mi goreng. We found the place unfriendly and not very secure. The front desk guy didn’t greet us at check-in, just stared, and security did the same. Then someone, presumably housekeeping, opened our door at 5:00pm while I was showering. I can’t see a reason for them to open it then. Meh. Mega Express around the corner on JL Asahan is 100 times better. Just book Mega express.

The superior deluxe room was roomy, and the price was affordable. There’s lots of space in the parking lot. Breakfast was average for my taste, and the drinking water in the restaurant tasted strange. There’s a café near the hotel.

The staff were nice, the rooms clean, and the location very strategic, all for an affordable price. Breakfast didn’t offer much variety, and we got the same menu every day. The rest was good.

It’s in Megaland, the central business district of Siantar City, close to places like Alfamart and Indomaret, plus a few restaurants. The welcome felt clean and comfortable, and breakfast was pretty good. A great choice for a 4-star hotel.
