The location is strategic, but my stay from 16th to 18th august was awful. Noise from the neighboring room's kids kept me awake. The window was open and too high for us to close, and there were mosquitoes all over the room. The toilet was dirty too.

My room was 202. The location is really strategic, but the towel had something on it that I couldn't identify, and it looked like a footprint. The bathroom wasn't comfortable, especially the closet, where my legs felt cramped when I sat down. I also couldn't close the bathroom door.
8/10
The location is right in the center of Pematangsiantar city, so it's easy to reach. The room was nice for a reasonable price, and the staff were nice too.

Really poor.
