The on-site staff were nice and tried to help, but when problems came up with our room, the manager or owner ignored my messages and never replied afterward. It felt like he was willing to communicate only until we’d paid. The rooms have a lot of issues and don’t match the price. You can find much nicer, cleaner, more comfortable places in better locations for the same money. I definitely won’t return.

I didn’t feel comfortable during my stay. The room wasn’t clean, with dust everywhere, plus mosquitoes and bugs. It doesn’t have concrete walls, so noise from outside comes through. The bedsheet was far too small and thin for a hotel, and the towel seemed old and worn thin. There was no toilet paper unless you asked, and no toothbrush or toothpaste. The hot water didn’t work properly either. The bathroom floor felt sticky, and its ventilation wasn’t working.

The reception women were kind and helpful, and getting around the hotel was easy. The setting is beautiful, with a big pool, plants, and a rice-field view. My main complaint was the bathroom and the overall cleanliness.

The staff are nice and try to help, but the owner doesn’t look after guests’ needs. The electricity and air conditioning kept cutting in and out, sometimes for half a day and a few times for the whole day. That left the windowless room and bathroom completely dark, with no air conditioning. The room got very hot, and there was no air circulating. The deluxe room walls by the window were leaking, but the window couldn’t even be opened. For the high monthly price, the service was miserable. The owner is meant to pay for more electricity for the homestay, but isn’t willing to. The kitchen was also unclean, and the fridge was never cleared out, so there was moldy stuff inside. Downstairs in the lounge, there was no table, just three beanbags.
