Kaiarasa Villas and Suite

I arrived on the evening of December 31 and asked if I could check out at 12 p.m. instead of 11 a.m. They kindly offered me until 14 p.m., which was a lovely surprise. In the morning, there was hot pizza waiting for me at reception. The staff were attentive, like you’d expect at a 5-star hotel. Everything also felt fresh and clean, from the towels and new bed linen to the bathrobes, hair dryer, and furniture. I was happy here and will come back again.

The staff were the highlight for me, so kind and attentive. Before we arrived, I asked our different Bali accommodations for ideas to make our 8th wedding anniversary special. Kaiarasa was the only one to reply with thoughtful suggestions, including some complimentary touches. They were also understanding when I realized I’d left part of my bill unpaid after moving on, and helped me sort it out. We loved the stay enough to add another night, and wished we could’ve stayed longer. The location is close to the beach and great places to eat. Our room was clean and nicely presented, with a few small details that could be improved. The modern decor was lovely. One thing to know: road noise is quite loud, as we expected, so it didn’t affect us. The walls are thin too. That was fine except for one night when a particularly loud and passionate neighbor made themselves heard.

The villa felt like having my own luxury home in Bali, modern but still cozy and comfortable. I especially liked the UV purified water, which helped me feel safe during the stay. The amenities felt premium, and the space was thoughtfully designed. It made for a peaceful escape, and I felt well looked after. I’d happily return.

The bathroom had everything we needed, and the location was convenient, with a minimarket nearby and Pererenan Beach about 500m away. We also enjoyed having both a private pool to relax in and a rooftop. A great villa for a stay, especially for couples or families. We’ll be back, thank you!
