The people were friendly, and the beach is an easy walk away. I liked the room and the service, too. Just be careful with snacks charged to the minibar: they overcharged me and didn’t provide an itemized receipt at checkout. Still, it’s a very nice place overall.

The pool was spacious, clean, and really pleasant, and both breakfast and the other food were delicious. Our room was super comfortable, and the staff were so friendly. We had an amazing stay and the service was excellent. Definitely recommend it, it felt like a true 5-star experience!

We had a lovely dinner at the Rooftop Restaurant, and it was delicious. The Bintang Radler and Beer 🍺 were great too! Our Room with Pool Access was very nice, and the staff were really friendly. We highly recommend the Hotel and will definitely come back 👍

Made took us on two day trips, each lasting 10 hours, and was knowledgeable throughout. We booked the tours through the hotel at a reasonable price. The pool had a great atmosphere and nice music, and the staff were so kind. Coming back to a room cleaned every day was lovely. We stayed last month and really enjoyed it. I’ll book Sense Hotel again 🥰 Ask for Made for your day trips.

The room was cozy and clean, and breakfast was great. A small heads-up, though: don’t expect too much from the "Scrambled Tofu" :) My wife handled the reservation and that went smoothly. We also arranged airport pickup and a transfer, and Made, our driver, turned that into a great experience. He took us on two private tours customized to our requests. Such lovely service from a gentleman. Thank you, Made!! :)
