We had such a lovely time here. The villa is gorgeous, and every staff member was kind and helpful. They even helped us put together a wonderful birthday celebration. Thanks to Chef Eddy, Dudu, Zee, and the whole team. Staying here was an absolute delight.

The villa is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and furnished to perfection. We had a great time in Canngu, though the service didn't quite meet what I expected for a newly opened villa at $8k for 6 nights. For a place this size, I expected a higher level of service. We were a big group with children and had agreed to meet in the dining room for breakfast at 8 every morning. Having just one person prepare breakfast for all of us didn't feel like enough, and the chef's helper didn't speak English, which made communication difficult. The main lounge and dining area needed more attention during our stay. I would have liked to see the floors vacuumed and mopped while we were there. I would still recommend the villa, and maybe the staff were still getting used to hosting guests since it had only recently opened.

Wayan and his team at Uma Santai made us feel like royalty. The rooms were immaculate, the location was ideal, and the service was outstanding. We had a wonderful stay and are already looking forward to coming back!
