You’ll need a scooter or car to get anywhere, since it’s away from the main roads and beaches. The nights are quiet and dark, so it may not suit a solo female traveler who gets scared easily. That said, it’s a lovely little escape from busy Canggu, with spacious, clean rooms, a nice setting, friendly and helpful staff, and delicious breakfast choices. There are only four or five rooms, so it doesn’t feel crowded. I’ll come back when I’m in the Canggu area again 👌👌👌

We loved reading on the balcony between swims, and the quiet setting meant little to no traffic noise. The pool and gardens were lovely and immaculate. Inside, our room was exceptionally clean, really spacious, and had a comfortable bed, a clean, well maintained bathroom, and a hard drive full of movies for relaxing evenings. The body wash came without disposable plastic bottles, and a water refill dispenser was placed in the room and topped up daily, which we appreciated. Breakfast was delicious, with smoothie bowls and porridge, and they catered for our vegan diet. The staff were incredible and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. This was one of the nicest resorts we’ve stayed at across more than 10 trips to Bali. Vikko Dera will be our go-to when we return. Absolutely loved it.
