We ended up coming back for another month in February-March after a quick trip home to Europe, because we were so happy at Nusantara. That second stay was just as lovely as the first. The area has plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops, and the beach is about a 10-minute walk away for surfing lessons, coffee, or a cocktail while watching the waves. We first stayed in Villa #3 for three weeks just after New Year. Milo and his team made sure we had what we needed and went out of their way to help. When our daughter had a birthday during the stay, Milo set up a projector and moved the furniture to make a little theater, so we could surprise her with a party away from home. That kind of care was typical. Iluh and her team kept everything very clean and were always warm and friendly. We were working and the kids were doing school remotely, so the huge villa gave us plenty of room for everything. The pool was amazing too. The villas are gorgeous, and the staff made our time there feel really special. We appreciated how well we were looked after and would definitely return.

Villa four was a haven for making memories when our family came to join us from London and New Zealand. We spent all of September there and loved every minute. Milo, Iluh, and the whole team were wonderful, always smiling and happy to help. I also highly recommend Made for airport transfers and tours around the island. He's a fantastic driver and a lovely man.

A lovely, quiet place with a pool, and it feels like a little hidden paradise. The villa is luxurious but still has beautiful Balinese style.

We spent most of our three nights at Nusantara Villa relaxing there, since it's such a pleasant place to hang out. The villa is huge and feels both luxurious and homey. We stayed in the downstairs master bedroom, where the outdoor shower and bathtub were a memorable touch that really added to the Bali feel. The staff were quick to respond and very helpful, and our room was cleaned every day, so everything stayed fresh and comfortable. The living room did have a mosquito problem because the glass doors don't quite close and leave small gaps. It was annoying, though it didn't spoil our stay. Bring mosquito repellent. We had a great time overall, and the spacious, distinctive villa seems well suited to families or groups. The service and surroundings make it worth considering.

The host and co-host were friendly and quick to respond to our requests. The whole villa, including the pool, was cleaned daily. Inside, it's beautiful, and the rooms are all nice. Even the first-floor room has a balcony overlooking the pool. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, so it was easy to cook for ourselves with friends or family.
