Villa Tresna Asih

Really nice.

From the living room, you can look out at the pretty garden, pool, and rice paddies. It's a beautiful house with a cozy apartment, an air conditioned bedroom, and excellent service. Greetings to Albert, the house manager, and Wira, who drove us and showed us around Bali.

We loved the large pool and its well kept garden, along with the views of the rice fields. The apartment was very nice, and Perenan Beach is wonderfully close. We had a wonderful time in the villa, and the service from Albert and Wira was exceptional. We'll be back!

The worst place I've ever stayed. There are bugs and ants everywhere in the room, and there's mold too. The amenities aren't maintained, the room isn't cleaned, and towels and other supplies aren't replaced. There are no staff on site, even when the power goes out at night. When I called to complain, the woman who said she was the manager replied, "Okay, thank you," halfway through the call, hung up, and then disappeared. From 1 to 100, I can't think of a single part that isn't terrible. Expect no management at all, a terrible location, and bugs and mold all around you. The room condition and facilities aren't even worth discussing.
