The parking area flooded when it rained, and I could faintly hear club noise from my room. The internet cut out sometimes, though it was still usable. Cleanliness was okay, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was mediocre. I booked through Airy, not directly with the hotel. There was no drinking water, and when I asked the hotel about it, they said they didn't provide any and that I should have contacted Airy. I didn't get water before checking out, and the expired Airy snacks weren't replaced. It's a decent option for backpacking, but I wouldn't call it a family hotel. Don't expect too much.

The room and facilities were good, but I couldn't sleep at night. Karaoke and nightclub noise went on from 8pm-2am. On the third floor, I measured 78 decibels in the room.
