I stayed at Borneo Hotel for four days, and the hotel staff cleaned my room during that time. One of my phones went missing while I was there, and I still haven't heard anything from the hotel about it. I also deliberately left a perfume in the room before checking out, but the receptionist said they couldn't find one. It makes me worry that housekeeping may have taken guests' belongings. I checked out on 9/2/26, and it's now 11/2/26 with no update. I'm still waiting to hear from the hotel.

We spent three nights at Borneo Hotel, and it worked well for a longer stay. There are food places, a mini market, and laundry nearby. It's also family friendly, clean, and the staff and security provide excellent service. The location is strategic, too.

I was there for a friend's wedding party and had a pleasant day. The place was clean, and the employees were respectful and easy to get along with. They greeted me with genuine-looking smiles whenever I passed by, which made me feel comfortable. They also had handwashing soap placed everywhere, so it was easy to find. I'd like to come back as a guest if I get the chance.

There are plenty of food stalls along the road, a dimsum restaurant across from the hotel, a laundry next door, and a 24-hour mart beside it. The location is strategic. My only complaint was that the bedsheet was a bit dirty. Still, it's a nice place, and I'd stay again on my next trip to Pontianak.
