I love staying on the top floor for the lovely, relaxing city view. The hotel is right in the city centre, so it's easy to get around, and the food is delicious, YUMMY! Reception is quick and helpful, while housekeeping keeps the rooms very clean. This is truly my favourite hotel, comfortable and well managed. Wishing Ibis continued success. Highly recommended! ✨❤️

The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the inspirational words on the wall. Getting around was easy from this convenient location, with city spots, places to eat, and attractions nearby. The front desk team were warm and efficient, so check-in and questions were hassle-free. The bell boy also helped with our luggage and made us feel looked after from arrival. I had a pleasant stay at Ibis Hotel Pontianak, with reliable comfort and welcoming service. A good base for business or leisure in Pontianak.

The room was a good size for two, with a comfortable bed and basic toiletries. Staff at reception and the room cleaning team were friendly. Ayani Mall is within walking distance, there are some good places to eat nearby, and Vigor, the sports centre for pickleball and badminton, is just behind the hotel. I also experienced the Sunday car free day.

Housekeeping responded quickly when I asked for a bowl and plate after ordering food delivery. The room was always clean and the service was top notch. Right in the city centre, too, so it was easy to get everywhere. All good, and I'll definitely stay here again!
