The bedroom and bathroom looked clean and well maintained, though the bedsheet had some stains and the bed sloped a little in the middle. There's a hot shower, plus a free toothbrush and soap. You have to leave a Rp100k deposit at check-in, which you get back at checkout. A decent, affordable inn if you're on a tight budget.
For the price, the room was more than enough: clean, good smelling, and quite large. The bathroom fixtures all worked, the TV and aircon were in good condition, and the bed was soft and large. They also offer free early check-in at 6 in the morning. The wait to check in, though, was almost two hours, and I was still standing in front of the reception desk. It felt like they weren't prepared enough to open. I know the price is good, but guests should still get decent service. More staff could help clean rooms faster, and check-in and checkout need a more manageable system. It's crowded in peak season, so I'd avoid booking then. The price is worth it, but here's four stars for making me wait two hours, LOL 🤓
