The service was awful. I’d already been staying there for three days when this happened on December 20, 2024. At 7 am, the gate still wasn’t open, and at noon the place was locked, so I couldn’t sleep. They kept knocking on the room I’d paid for, but when I called repeatedly, nobody answered. I paid the staff just to sleep and stay there, yet I was locked out. Cleanliness, facilities, everything was bad.

The AC gets nice and cold, so it’s not all bad. But the sheets had stains, maybe just from use, and needed another tidy up. The bathroom wasn’t very clean either. I didn’t get to try the hot and cold water.
