If you stay here, be careful with online bookings and payment. I paid in full through the app, but the accommodation management apparently didn't recognize it. They blamed the booking service, which I found unreasonable, and I don't see how the guest who already paid should be held responsible. There was no way to get the money back. Honestly, that money would've been better spent on fried rice, cigarettes, and coffee, at least that would've been filling and tasty. 😁😁😁😁

We were welcomed with a soft drink before being shown to our room. The receptionist was friendly.

We arrived at 10:30 PM yesterday after booking through the tiket.com app and paying in full, but were told there were no rooms, even after showing the payment in the app. The owner offered us a room that was still messy from the previous occupants, then just smoked and repeated that the place was full when we asked them to take responsibility. Since it was already late, we gave up and found somewhere else. If the owner no longer uses the app, they should cancel it so customers aren't left disappointed. Better customer service is needed.

The building looks like an old boarding house, and I couldn't see any rooms that seemed intended for guests. It felt quiet and eerie. At check-in time nobody was there, and after waiting two hours with no reply to my chat messages, I had to find another hotel. I'm not certain, but it could be a scam, so be careful about booking here.
