The villa itself is nice, but the service was so poor. I arrived in a good mood and still got spoken to harshly by the women there. We both need to make this work, ma’am. You run a business, but it felt like you didn’t need guests at all. What a shame.
The service feels like they know what they’re doing. The men especially are great.
The service wasn’t very welcoming.
The road up to the place is far and very steep. Inside, it was dirty, with lots of mosquitoes near the rice fields, a moldy pan, and walls covered in graffiti. The owner was rude and seemed very confused. The woman who handled things didn’t seem to know the rules or how to welcome guests, and spoke rudely. I hope nobody feels comfortable there, because that female owner’s mouth is rude! Don’t stay here if you’re looking for a pleasant place.
