The room is spacious, but there’s no hot water, and the water pressure in the bathroom is weak.

We chose this place because it’s close to Makoya Swimming Pool and Pandawa Valley, and it worked out well for our big family of four children. At 230k, it was very good value. The rooms were clean, there were only a few mosquitoes, the water ran, and the bathroom and water were clean. The garden was fairly well kept. A few buildings, probably including the restaurant pavilion, seemed unused or rarely used. There’s no breakfast, so we brought our own nesting and hot water. The guard can be hard to reach if he’s cleaning the back room, but he’s part of a small, friendly and polite family. Just ring the bell at the entrance or call out “Assalamualaikum” loudly and someone will come out.

We stayed in a family room, which was very comfortable for a group. The accommodation was clean and peaceful, with plenty of trees, plus a prayer room and a small playground for kids. It’s just before Mang Engking's stall, and there are lots of food stalls nearby, so finding something to eat is easy. The hot water wasn’t working yesterday, which made bathing the kids a bit of a drama. The wooden bridge in front of the family room also had a broken fence, so be especially careful with children. There’s no "going home" at the accommodation, so we missed it yesterday, especially when the gate was closed.

I booked through the e-ticket app on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 9:30 PM. When I got there, the gate was locked, the doorbell didn’t work, and the phone number listed in the app couldn’t be reached. I’d already paid, but couldn’t get a refund or reschedule. I was exhausted and just wanted to sleep, and I felt so sorry for my wife. It wasn’t about the money, it was about their professionalism. If they were closed at that hour, the app should have been closed too. Terrible hotel. Wouldn’t recommend it. Find somewhere else.
