For the price, you get what you pay for, and the service was excellent after I was turned away several times at hotels in Probolinggo. It's recommended as the closest hotel to the city. I wouldn't recommend ordering through the app.

The room had quite a full set of amenities, but there was no lock on the inside of the door. The bathroom floor was slippery, and staff communication was poor. If you book through the app, the price is adjusted from the hotel's lowest rate of 150,000.

At a price of 250, you can get a deluxe room, so it's very good value. The facilities are good, though the AC takes a while to cool the room. Most of the negative reviews are because you can't pay through the app.

On May 17, 2023, I was refused check-in, the first time a property has unilaterally turned me away. They said they don't accept app bookings. The guard told me, "The money paid to OYO hasn't been credited to our account. So, it's been a year since we've accepted bookings through the app." It's strange that Ayeng is still listed in the app after a year. My advice is not to book here again.
