We left because the room was so disgusting. It smelled awful, the sheets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and there was a large rat tunnel in the wall. Nothing like the online pictures, and the staff were creepy and disrespectful. They weren’t there when we arrived, and after we waited half an hour, all they seemed to care about was getting more money for this awful room. HORRIBLE!! Worst room I’ve had in all of Asia. I’d recommend you leave too. AVOID! Bad, bad experience.

DO NOT STAY. If you book online, they make you pay extra at the front counter. After traveling in Asia for 9 months, this was by far the worst room I’ve seen. No one was at the front desk, so we waited 30 minutes. When they finally showed up, they were rude. The pictures were completely inaccurate, the room was disgusting, and nothing worked. There was a rat hole in the wall, and the beds smelled and hadn’t been washed. I’d give negative stars if I could.

The room looked way worse than the pictures and smelled extremely bad. The sheets looked as if they’d never been washed. We were charged extra for booking online, with no explanation, and the staff were very rude. HORRIBLE. AVOID THIS PLACE! It was the most disgusting room and worst accommodation experience I’ve had in many months traveling around Asia.
