Moshi-Moshi - Hostel

The room and bed were good, but when I checked in, cockroaches were running around on my bed. Pretty unhygienic. There was also a mosquito in the room, so please spray it. This place is good, but those little problems need attention.

They even had an international multi plug, which I’ve never seen anywhere before. I was amazed by all the things in the room: free Netflix, guides, and even massage sessions.

What made my three-night stay so memorable was how warm the owner and staff were. People in Probolinggo are known for being kind, but this team went even further, and I really felt a connection with them. The rooms were spotless, with fresh bedsheets set out for each check-in, and the bathroom was kept clean too. You can ask them about local sights, and they help arrange trips to Bromo, Madakaripura, and Tumpak Sewu with tour providers. It’s a great place to stay in Probolinggo for the comfort and the people who make it feel like home. Finally, ibu, I’ll miss you. Jumpa lagi pada masa akan datang bu…..

Oh Moshi was one of my favorite hostels in southeast Asia. It’s right by the train station, the rooms are spotless, and they give you a towel. The staff are friendly too. Massages are really affordable, though I arrived too late to get one. You should try one!
