For a cheap night or two in central Purbalingga, a small room for sleeping and showering may be all you need here. My problem was cleanliness, especially in the bathroom. I've seen public toilets that were cleaner.

The location is handy, but the hotel is right beside a garbage dumpster, so it smelled as soon as I stepped outside. I also don't think it deserves its 4.2 Google rating. The photos here were taken after I asked them to clean the room. I regret not reading the reviews more carefully before booking a full week. The room was dirty from the start, with dust in most corners that looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in months. The bathroom was mouldy and smelly, and the shower didn't work properly. They said they couldn't move me because I'd checked in for the whole week. I asked them to clean the next day and specifically mentioned the dust because I'm pregnant. When I got back, it was still there, and the bathroom was even dirtier than when I left that morning. It seemed like they only changed the bedsheets. The water pump made a lot of noise too, apparently until nobody in the building was using water, which I guess was late at night. Very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
