We've worked with Harper Purwakarta on events several times, and the sales team has been responsive, professional, and helpful with every inquiry. They were proactive and supportive during coordination, making the planning process much smoother. The ballroom is one of the best in Purwakarta, spacious and well-equipped for both corporate and social events. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a relaxing feel for business or leisure stays.

The location was handy, close to the restaurants, shops, and transportation I needed, yet my room stayed quiet at night. The room was clean, spacious, and well kept, with a comfortable bed; I slept better than expected. Staff welcomed me warmly after a long trip and were genuinely helpful. They also refreshed the room daily, and I appreciated the fresh towels and toiletries. Breakfast had a good range of choices, and the dining area was clean and pleasant. I used some of the facilities too, and they were in good condition and easy to access. I stayed for a few nights and found it great value for the price.

The view was great, and the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. Our room was spotless, and the staff were genuinely friendly from the moment we walked in, yes Ibu Desy, Mas Ivar, Mas Wahyu. Sahoor had a huge spread, with lots of tasty things, including Beef Maranggi, yummy. Best location. I just got back and already want to return.

Breakfast was delicious, and service was quick and polite throughout my stay. The atmosphere at Harper Purwakarta Hotel in Indonesia was calm and relaxing, and the staff made me feel welcome. My room was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed. The location worked perfectly for me, close to local attractions and easy for getting around. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

It's easy to explore from here, with shops and restaurants nearby. My room was clean, comfortable, and nicely designed, with good attention to detail. Breakfast was fresh and had a good variety. The staff were welcoming from the moment I arrived and always ready to help. I had a great experience and would definitely stay again.
