OYO 90703 Wisma Ibu T

On May 3, 2022, I arrived to check in after booking two rooms through Traveloka on April 30 and paying for them. I had a voucher, but the staff told me the hotel was full. When I booked, though, the listing had shown rooms available. I was exhausted from the traffic and had hoped to check in and go straight to bed, but couldn't. I did get a refund. Still, once a room is booked, it shouldn't be given to someone else. That isn't professional. It felt like they took advantage of the high season and gave the rooms to someone else for more money. I asked the staff, and they said using Traveloka was cheaper than booking directly with the hotel. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else in my family’s situation.

The service wasn't very pleasant, and the room smelled bad. It was infested with bed bugs, and the sheets seemed to be changed rarely.

I'm fed up with booking through OYO. I paid for a room and arrived, only to be told it was full because, they said, the OYO server wasn't responding. I couldn't stay, and I couldn't get a refund either. Shhhhh!

The room wasn't ready when we arrived, so we had to wait. It was put together in a rush, with the same sheets, pillows, and bolsters still on the bed. The toilet was dirty, and the room smelled of cigarettes.
