This hotel has been part of Purwokerto for a long time, with plenty of rooms and a spot near the city center. The cinema theater is right next door, so guests can easily catch a movie.

For the price, this wasn't worth it. The room and shared areas were dirty, and there was a cockroach in the bathroom. Breakfast was limited to fried rice and fried noodles, with no eggs or other dishes. Management didn't seem to supervise things properly. Even for a short business stay, they should pay more attention to customer service, clean bedsheets, room upkeep, and the general environment. I really can't recommend it.

The room had plenty of space, and the family room came with a balcony, mini fridge, and bathtub. The staff were very friendly, breakfast tasted good, and the price came in lower than I expected. I spent two nights here on my first visit to Purwokerto Regency and found it comfortable. I'd happily stay again, insyaa Allah.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was spacious for the price, with a fridge and closet. The bed was comfortable too. The bathroom was the weak spot: although my room had a bathtub, the water heater was hard to adjust and didn't work properly. Breakfast was decent but nothing special, even with the added Bir Pletok drink.

The staff eventually gave up on fixing the warm water. The air conditioning wasn't cold either, though they moved us to a deluxe room because of it. There were mosquitoes and cockroaches, and the switched-off refrigerator smelled bad. This feels more like a guest house than a hotel, and both the property and staff need major improvement.
