The staff were friendly, but this stay in Dec'21 wasn’t as good as my previous visit in Aug'20. The room had a strong paint smell. The hotel was full, and even with an air purifier, the smell remained. The cups weren’t properly washed, so I rewashed them and bought a sponge myself to get the stains off. It took an hour to get room service, and an hour to dine in at their cafe. I made those orders at different times. I hope things are better when I visit next time.

We stayed in a family room with one queen bed and one single bed. It was neat and comfortable, and came with three bottles of mineral water as a compliment, three towels, shampoo, body soap, and other basic shower items. The hotel is in a very strategic spot, across from Unsoed. Since we came for the New year holiday, the rate was up to 800k per night. There’s a restaurant upstairs, where breakfast was quite good, and a mini market downstairs.

There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, since the hotel is right by the main street. The breakfast had plenty of choices and was good, and the room was nice too. For a quieter stay, I’d pick a room farther from the cafe. Clean and comfortable, with a good price and a strategic location.

The room was great, and I liked having direct access to the parking lot. Breakfast was a highlight too, especially the quality cereal, hashbrown, and mendoan, which were hard to stop eating. The price was good and the staff were nice. One complaint: the first floor bathroom smelled bad even though it was clean. Please do something about that. Great job Wisata Niaga!

The accommodations were stunning, and the service was impeccable. This place blends comfort with luxury so well that it surpassed what I expected and left me enchanted, wanting to come back for more.
