The room was cramped, the sheet was dirty, and the bathroom was unclean with a broken tap. Water kept dripping all night, which was really annoying. The staff behaved very badly and seemed to have no concern for guest service. Stay away.

We entered the wrong date when booking a room and tried for a long time to reach the hotel. The phone number listed with OYO was incorrect. When we finally heard back, they refused to change the booking date. I hope they’re satisfied with the 8 euro taken from my bank account, and that the whole hotel burns to the ground soon.

I arrived in the morning and was leaving at 3pm, and Mr. Ponirin worked out a good deal for me. He’s a humble gentleman at reception and handled my request to stay wisely.

Right in the city center, and the room was clean. It’s good value for the money, though the bathroom could use an upgrade.
