Adiwana Jelita Sejuba Natuna

The staff are what really set this lovely hotel apart. Everyone was great, especially the housekeeper whose name I’m sorry I didn’t get, and Mas Bayu. They went out of their way to help us, so a special thanks to them. The room, which I think was an Adiwana Ocean View, was spacious, with a very comfortable bed, good air conditioning, a fridge, a roomy bathroom, and a lovely view. The wifi worked well throughout, and Napoleon restaurant served very good food at reasonable prices. As a Westerner who’s lived in Indonesia for 16 years, I also appreciated that they understand people want different things from a bar, and offer a small selection of beer and wine, unlike Natuna Dive. There were a couple of small things, probably because there aren’t many guests. The pool looked a bit green and wasn’t circulating through the overflow, though I understand why. The old concrete pillars left by the previous landowner are still out in the sea, slowly rotting and making a bit of an eyesore. In my opinion, they’d do well to remove them. I hope the hotel makes it, since Natuna doesn’t seem to have many people needing rooms. If you’re visiting Natuna and need a hotel, this is the place. You’ll be exceptionally well looked after.

The setting made it easy to get to nearby attractions and enjoy the beautiful natural scenery, and the infinity pool and spa were lovely for relaxing. I found the staff warm, friendly, and attentive. Our spacious room had an elegant look with a touch of traditional charm, and the restaurant’s fresh local ingredients made for delicious meals. My stay at Adiwana Jelita Sejuba was fantastic, and I highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

The local people were friendly, and my favorite part was having the fresh catch of the day. The balcony had a great ocean view, and there was a varied breakfast and dinner menu, with dishes recommended by the chef. The weather can change, so just enjoy and relax. Renting a motorbike is a nice way to sightsee around the area.

The view gets a 10/10 from me, the room and service 9/10, and the facilities like the gym and pool also 9/10. Amenities and price are 8/10, while food is 6/10. I’d rate the location 8/10. The food isn’t bad, but it’s pretty basic and could taste better. There’s no phone in the room, so you can’t contact the operator from there. I’d recommend adding one. There’s also no convenience store nearby, so prepare what you need before coming. Still, the hotel’s concept, rooms, views, price, and service are amazing, like a 4- or 5-star hotel, and every corner is well maintained. I think it’s the best hotel in Natuna. If you want peace, time to recharge, and a refresh for body and soul, consider staying here. I strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Natuna.
