At IDR 265K a night for two, with breakfast included, the standard room was plenty good enough for a rest and shower. I skipped breakfast on my last visit, though. The room was fairly large for two, the AC worked well enough, and the hot and cold shower and tap with bucket were useful. They provided two bottles of water with glasses and bathing kits. The toilet worked and had an exhaust fan. There was a sofa and tables by the door, but no ashtray, so bringing one yourself may help keep the area cleaner. The room key is a card that also powers the room, and they only gave us one. Two cards would be handy so one guest can get in while the other is asleep. The hotel is right on the Pantura Highway, with big trucks and buses passing close in front. Be careful coming and going. Traffic may move through fast late at night and into the morning. The windows and doors seal well enough that passing vehicles didn't disturb us much. It's close to Kartini Beach and the adipura junction?, across from DPRD Rembang and Rembang City Hall. Rembang square and the great mosque are about two minutes east. There's an Alfamart by the west side of the junction, about a 30-second walk from the lobby. The price was reasonable, the place was clean and fairly quiet, and everyone seemed friendly. I don't know what the VIP Room is like, but the standard room was good.

We got a good deal during Lebaran. We booked two rooms: a family room with two king beds, a mini fridge, LED TV, AC, and a nice clean bathroom, plus welcome drinks and kolak; and a standard room with one king bed, a clean, cozy bathroom, LED TV and the usual. The automatic front door still seemed to be under construction, so maybe it'll be better next time. There's no lift, so if you need wheelchair access, you can ask for a first-floor room. A good place to stay in Rembang 😀❤️

The family room was roomy, and they had hot water and a welcome snack. A good pick. There weren't many food options during the pandemic, though.

I've stayed at a few budget places in Rembang, Central Java, and this is one of my favorites. There are a few types of rooms to choose from, and it's in the city center with easy access.
