Being above City Centrum mall and next to Mercure Hotel worked really well for arranging our wedding. The Ibis Hotel itself was clean and well maintained. The staff were accommodating, spoke English, and were neatly dressed.

On my first stay, the hotel made a very good impression. The rooms are comfortable, though not especially spacious, and the place is clean with delicious food. Its location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. It suits business trips and client meetings well.

The restaurant serves delicious food in a cozy dining area. The hotel itself is comfortable and clean, and the service is exceptionally impressive. Definitely worth a visit when you’re in Samarinda.

The bed was comfortable, the room clean, and the hotel feels modern. It’s next to a mall and within walking distance of the nearby plaza, SCP. Older guests should take care because the bathroom floor is a little slippery. Also, you can’t use an extra bed in the room when traveling as a group of three.

The bathroom knob came off, and controlling the hot and cold water was a bit difficult. Apart from that, things were good during my stay from 21/10 to 24/10. Arly, Sharren n Vina were very helpful with all the requests and the checkout process.
