The room turned out to be clean and spacious, with two spring beds for me and my friend, plus free snacks and water. The hot water worked, and the Wi-Fi was really good. There’s no water heater for making coffee, but you can use the dispenser in the common area. I was only stopping for half a night on my way to Muara Wahau, so I hadn’t expected much from such a cheap hotel. I checked in at 9 pm, and the receptionist welcomed me warmly. He asked whether I was with a girlfriend because the hotel doesn’t allow a girlfriend and boyfriend to share one room. Luckily, I was traveling with a guy. For what it costs, this place gives you a lot, and I’d stay again on another trip.

I keep coming back for the excellent Wi-Fi. It’s a good place to rest while in transit, even though the rooms aren’t very big and the bathroom is pretty tiny.
