I’ve never felt as relaxed on a holiday as I did at Andaz. It’s easy to get around, but still feels private, and the grounds, pools, and spa are beautiful and so well cared for. The staff were wonderful, always making sure we had what we needed, and people would stop to say hello as we passed. Food across the restaurants was a high standard, with service usually quick. Breakfast was made to order in a peaceful courtyard, with no buffet. Drinks in the room were complimentary except for alcohol, and the café served free coffee and snacks all day until 10pm. The attention to detail made this a special holiday for my family and me. We’ll definitely return.

The beach is right behind the hotel, so it was easy to catch the sunrise, and we enjoyed riding the complimentary bikes along the shore path. There’s also a turtle conservatory next door. The hotel is in a wonderfully quiet part of Bali, away from the busy, hectic areas, and it was a great place to unwind. The gardens are lush and beautifully maintained, and the grounds feel like a maze. We got lost on our first night, but the friendly security guards quickly pointed us back to our room. Even with all that greenery, we didn’t see a single mosquito. Service was thoughtful and professional throughout. At check-in, a staff member walked us to the room and explained the amenities, taking her shoes off respectfully before going in. Housekeeping seemed to come twice daily. Each evening after dinner, our towels were neatly folded and hotel slippers were set by both sides of the bed. The property was spotless, and all the staff were top-tier professionals. We ate well at the five restaurants on site, and the à la carte breakfast was excellent. We’d love to stay here again next time we’re in Bali.

Being able to stroll along almost the whole length of Sanur Beach was one of the pleasures of my five days at Andaz Bali. The hotel’s position made that easy, and the ocean views are lovely. The carefully chosen landscaping and use of local wood and craftsmanship give the place a strong Balinese feel. It’s luxurious, but in a thoughtful way. My garden-view room suited me perfectly. It was large enough for a family to enjoy time together, had a lovely view, and the details throughout reflected Balinese culture. It felt like real thought had gone into the room. Breakfast was something I looked forward to every morning. I told the team about my food allergies, and Diji, Hary, and Krishna were wonderful hosts who always had me laughing. I also spent plenty of time in the lounge, which guests can use free for 12 hours, reading in my room or just relaxing there. Yunik was a fantastic host, and I still chuckle when I think of her. I couldn’t note the names of the other staff, but it was a lovely place to spend time in Bali. I arrived before check-in and the receptionist kindly worked out when I could get in. My room was ready ahead of schedule, and that’s service, my friend. I’m grateful to the Andaz Bali team for making the stay so memorable.

The family time we had here made this 4D3N trip really memorable, and now it’s over before I know it. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the attention to detail impressed us. The WiFi reached every corner of the resort, and the location made it easy to get almost anything we needed. We’ll absolutely come back in the future.
