The service really stood out. The staff arranged a Bromo jeep ride for us at the last minute and helped us sort out a Grab problem on the way back to the train station. Breakfast was great, with Indonesian, Chinese, and Western food, and the hotel even has a pool, which isn't typical around here. Our room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and it was a lovely place to rest after getting up early to watch the Bromo sunrise. We've been traveling around Southeast Asia, and this is the best place we've stayed so far. It still feels like a hidden gem that western travelers haven't really discovered. Recommend it 100%!

The hotel arranged the sunrise tour near Mount Bromo Park, so all we had to do was show up. Our package included an excellent breakfast buffet, and the service was exceptional. The room was clean and spacious, with good air conditioning and a nice mattress. Thank you, Villa88.

It seems overpriced for what you get, and breakfast was rather meager for the room rate. The shower pressure was weak, there was no air conditioning or clothes dryer, and the room didn't have much for drying clothes. On the plus side, the hotel is new and the rooms are clean and comfortable. There's a large soft bed, a big balcony, and a long pool that works for swim training. The TV was good too, with YouTube and a Netflix subscription. Overall, still a good hotel.
