I didn’t stay in the end. The price shown in the app was nowhere near what they quoted at the property.

There was no staff around, and the rooms hadn’t been cleaned. The place seemed to have no idea about our request to stay overnight, even though we were told we could. It felt like the hotel was no longer operating.

We booked through Redord, but when we arrived they wouldn’t take us in. The service was poor, and I wouldn’t stay here.
