The room wasn’t fit to use, with cockroaches and ant nests all over. Lights were out and shorting, leaving residents in complete darkness, with no action taken to address it or protect their safety. The receptionist and service were very bad, and I was really disappointed with both the facilities and the service. I hope the owner and management follow up. Instead of focusing only on construction, they should improve the facilities, especially the workers’ service.

I booked through Traveloka well in advance for the 2025 Porprov competition in Sekayu. When I got to the hotel, they said it was full and then acted as if it had nothing to do with them. I really can’t recommend staying here.

The location isn’t on a main road. Management also came across as unprofessional: the receptionist said the app price was too low and no longer current, and the amount at the property was very different. I canceled my stay. If the app price is outdated, management should change it or stop partnering with the app. Leaving it as is reflects badly on Graha Dirham Home Stay.

The location is good, but the service and rooms have plenty of problems. The receptionist or guard wasn’t helpful, and the price went from 150 per night to 200 when I tried to stay again a month later, with no explanation. The TV works, but most room facilities seem to be just for show, and the AC doesn’t cool. The bathroom looked dirty, as if it’s rarely or never cleaned. The mattress is hard and the springs seem to poke through, which is really disappointing. I’d focus on service, facilities, and guest comfort instead of just adding more rooms and room types. That’s all.
