Lombok Sunset Bay Resort

We spent two lovely nights at the resort. The views were great, the rooms clean, and the staff exceptionally kind and helpful.

The owner was honest and sincere, and the staff were kind and helpful with every request. We came for the views and stayed for the service. Our clean, comfortable room had an incredible view from the patio beside our pool. The restaurant was good, and I recommend the fried egg toast for breakfast. Tucked away from the main road, the place has beautiful nature and a calm feel. You can't hear prayer calls from the room, unlike at many other places. Regards from Sweden.

The room was fairly clean, with a large bathtub and a shower, plus a plunge pool facing the beach. The resort sits on a cape with beach on all sides and white sand, so it has a lot of potential. Still, the facilities looked rundown, perhaps because of low occupancy or limited maintenance. It's quite far from convenience stores and restaurants, and there aren't many food choices. Better prepare in advance if you're planning to stay.

The sunset spot was lovely, and breakfast was amazing. We were there in April for my partner’s birthday, still early in the season, and the staff made it feel special. They were so polite and went out of their way to find things they didn’t have on hand. It made the stay really memorable.
